I've been taking pomegranate for a couple years to help reduce menopausal symptoms, including hormonal nausea and hot flashes. Not all pomegranate works for me, if it's just fruit extract it doesn't work. I used to buy Nature's Bounty until it was discontinued, but it worked for me and it turns out it was from the peel. After I ran out and stopped for just a few days, my hot flashes and nausea returned. I tried a couple other brands, but realized the were from only the fruit. This brand, which I'm guessing must include peel, as it's worked for me so far. Happy I found it.
