I have been using this for about 5 months. I had to reorder because I does work for me. I use it a couple of days in a row then stop for a few and repeat. I feel that this helps me eliminate all of my waste and all of the unhealthy food that I take in, especially after a big meal. This does trim my waistline a bit but considering I hardly ever exercise or diet, I am extremely please with the result. I drink lots of water (no soda) and usually in a few hours or so, I have to go but it’s not a painful, emergency feeling. No smell or taste. I think I’m stuck with nutrition forest and there colon cleanse detox for life.

Works well…a little cramping here and there but drink plenty of fluid and it helps to kick start you into keeping regular…as for losing any weight….you’re not going to shed off pounds from taking this Garcinia cambogia 1600mg is key….this helps you turn that corner you’ve been avoiding….

I loved natural colon cleanse detox! I would highly recommend taking 2 tablets 2x a day instead of 4 tablets. Using 2, there were not urgent trips to the bathroom and product worked just fine. When I increased the dosage to 4 as recommended, yikes! A little too strong! I highly recommend nutrition forest product for a great cleanse!

I have been using the Natural colon cleanse detox for several months now and I am still amazed at how effectively it cleans my colon. Usually when I eat beef I take 4 tablets to clean my insides out. I am never disappointed with this product. You just have to use common sense and not take too many of these tablets, no more that 4 tablets in 1 day.

I’ll have to update with long-term benefits. you will observe changes in just 10 days. After 1 bottle I stopped taking it and again got little constipation back. So I again started taking pills.
