    I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis, worst in my spine. I read a study saying turmeric could help with lowering inflammation, and the price was right, so I tried it. It takes a little while to build up in your system, I suppose, but now it is safe to say that I take less pain medication and have less pain overall, and I think the turmeric is at least partially responsible.
