Ok so, I got my bottle sometime last week and I’m liking it so far. I noticed a difference from the first day I took it. To me, it doesn’t really suppress hunger in a strong way. It’s more like it makes me not hungry as often as I used to be and also the energy level since I’ve been taking these have improved significantly. I will have to come back and do another review to verify the weight loss effect; however, I am combining these with healthy dieting and exercise to get optimal results….I also ordered few more for my family.
