I have long heard that apple cider vinegar was great for you and for weight loss but it's not something that I wanted to chug. I've noticed some weight loss and more energy, but nothing is a magic pill so don't order this thinking that with no diet or exercise change that this will help because it won't. It's great in addition to other changes, though.
