After only three weeks of use, I am very glad to write that my possible, testing, and transition from liquid Apple Cider Vinegar to a pill based form does seem to be effective. Results are that I get to sleep and rest without the foot and leg cramps wich bothered me so much. I do hope to report back in June as I continue this test the pill. I know the liquid works. I hope to avoid the strong taste of the liquid.
